A kitchen on the boards: bookmatched marble backsplash, walnut cabinetry, plaster hood.

On the boards

How a project runs.

Most of a build is ordinary on purpose. Drawings, numbers, a schedule kept. What separates builders is the week something surfaces that no drawing showed.

Our rule for that week is simple. You hear it from us first, with the cost and the schedule already worked out, and the decision stays yours to make.

01

Design and permits

We join early, while drawings can still change cheaply, and we carry the approvals.

02

Preconstruction

Real numbers against a real schedule, with the long lead items ordered before they bite.

03

The build

One superintendent, the same subs on every job, and a weekly account of both.

04

Closeout

Punch worked to zero, warranties collected, and a call answered after we have gone.

From the first phone call until the end of the project, I was kept up to date and felt a part of the project.
